WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES FRISK AS PROCESS AND WHY?

Frisk AS processes personal data about you. The personal information that Frisk AS processes about you is your name, telephone number, e-mail address, information about your lifestyle, information about your health and other personal information that you yourself provide to Frisk AS, alternatively shared with Frisk by a third party, for example subcontractors of healthcare services or smart devices. The data is collected in connection with your registration as a user of our digital health platform and during use of it.

 

Frisk AS processes your personal data in relation to our contractual relationship, as well as the consent that you are deemed to have given voluntarily by accepting these terms of use for personal data.

 

The personal information is used for the following purposes:

 

• In preparation for contact with your personal health coach and our healthcare staff

• To compile and provide feedback on your health data in connection with personal follow-up from health personnel, and to create goals and notify you in the event of deviations in health data and goal achievement.

• To offer relevant external healthcare services via Frisk

• To provide feedback to you and your health coach about your progress in the form of measurement values, self-reports and activity.

• To give employers who are associated with Frisk an overview of the general health situation at your workplace. Data from you as an individual will never be shared with your employer.

• To develop and improve the services and products we offer, including using anonymised health data for analyzes and for the production of models for artificial intelligence together with our research partners. 

 

WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your data will be visible to those of Frisk AS's employees who need the personal data because of the purpose for which the personal data is collected. Your personal data may, due to the purpose for which it was collected as above, also be transferred to third parties such as service providers.

 

Your personal data may be processed by a third party in the capacity of a personal data processor. In such cases, Frisk AS is the personal data controller for the processing. The personal data assistant will only process the personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, and in accordance with Frisk's instructions.

 

Your health-related personal data will not be transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA.

 

Other personal data may, in exceptional cases, be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, however only on the condition that the transfer is legal in accordance with current privacy legislation. Measures to ensure legality must normally be included in the European Commission's standard contract clauses for third-country transfer with the supplier.

 

HOW LONG DOES FRISK AS PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM AFTERWARDS?

Frisk will process your personal data until there is no longer any contractual relationship between you and Frisk AS. Once this has been completed and there are no applicable contractual terms and/or legal requirements to store the data, it will be deleted or de-identified/anonymised.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to receive information about the personal data that Frisk AS processes about you, request correction of this data and at any time choose to withdraw this consent by contacting Frisk's data protection officer at post@friskhealth.no. Withdrawing consent corresponds to deregistration from Frisk and the contractual relationship between you and Frisk then ends. You also have the right to submit a complaint about Frisk's processing of your personal data to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

 

The controller for the processing of personal data is Frisk AS. Frisk has the right to update the privacy policy at any time. If the privacy policy changes, the updated guidelines will be posted on the Frisk website. We can also inform you via e-mail if there are major changes to the privacy policy.

 

If, contrary to the assumption, there should be a data breach by an unauthorized party, Frisk AS will inform the users as quickly as possible that the breach has been identified.
